Parking Tags Needed at High School and Middle School:

Due to limited parking available at the High School and Middle School, you need to have a tag to park in their lots. If you do not have the proper tag showing in your vehicle, you will be issued a parking ticket from the police that you will be responsible for paying. To avoid this please go to the office of the building you will be substitute teaching in and ask for a parking tag to use for the day.

Procedures for Substitute Calling:

Central Community Schools has implemented a new automatic service to simplify and streamline the process of notifying substitute teachers when your services are needed in the district. This service, called AESOP (Automated Educational Substitute OPerator), utilizes both the telephone and the Internet to assist you in locating jobs in the school district for which you work. After you are assigned an ID number and PIN number for our district, you may interact with the system either on the Internet at http://www.aesoponline.com or by way of a toll-free, automated voice instruction menu system at 1-800-942-3767.

Please note: You may also contact AESOP to search for available jobs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at the website listed above or the toll-free number listed above.

When a substitute is secured for a teacher vacancy, the substitute teacher is expected to report to their assigned building. Each substitute is expected to check in with the principal or principal's secretary upon arriving at a building. An informational packet will be provided to the substitute for the assigned classroom.
